The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Packaging Designer to join our Packaging Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the entire packaging development lifecycle, from concept to mass production. Your designs will not only meet the highest standards of functionality and performance but will also enhance the consumer experience through aesthetics, usability, and sustainability.
✅ Packaging Design & Development – Create functional, innovative, and sustainable packaging solutions that align with brand identity and market needs. Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and sales teams.
✅ Prototyping & Testing – Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate design concepts, ensuring top-tier quality and durability.
✅ Technical & Engineering Excellence – Design in 2D & 3D, define materials, ensure Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA), and manage data efficiently in Windchill (C PLM system).
✅ Sustainability Focus – Lead initiatives to develop eco-friendly packaging solutions, reducing environmental impact while maintaining product integrity and consumer appeal.
✅ Continuous Improvement – Stay ahead of industry trends, materials science, and consumer behavior, applying insights to refine and enhance packaging solutions.
