🥜 In a nutshellYou will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Workday environment, ensuring seamless operations while supporting our HR and Finance team’s needs, such as absences, time tracking, compensation and procurement. This role will split time equally between operational support and project-based work, with a focus on improving processes, automating workflows, and realising robust and scalable solutions that support our dynamic business environment.
🎯 What you’ll do- Act as domain expert for our Workday Finance and HCM system, supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of various Workday modules in HR (Core, talent, time tracking) and Finance (Core, procurement, expenses)
- Gather business requirements, and lead the design, configuration, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements.
- Handle daily operational tasks in Workday, including managing urgent needs and supporting operations through ticketing systems.
- Train and support key stakeholders, including your direct People and Finance colleagues, to help them make optimal use of Workday’s functionalities
- Assist in expanding Workday infrastructure to new locations.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM and Financial management modules.
- Preferably in depth knowledge of Workday HCM Core and/or Workday Core Financials and good knowledge of- and experience with at least the following modules: Absence, Performance, Compensation, Banking & settlement, Expenses.
- Experience in driving and delivering implementation of new business processes in Workday HCM and/or Finance. Experience with Workday Extend is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, enabling you to translate business requirements into sustainable Workday solutions.
- Experience with Workday dashboards and reporting analytics is a plus.
- Experience in the Design and Development of Workday HCM and/or Finance Integrations (i.e., PECI, CCW, EIB, Workday Studio) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is not required)
- Workday certification(s) are preferred but not required
