What will you be doing? HQ Pack in Eindhoven is currently looking for an experienced and independent Wood Operator Machining – Level 2. In this role, you are responsible for machining wood and sheet materials using CNC and other woodworking machines to produce high-quality industrial packaging components. You will handle more complex work orders and also support and guide Level 1 Operators when needed. Wat ga je doen?
Your main tasks include:
- Independently operating CNC machines based on technical drawings, work orders, and specifications
- Machining wood and sheet materials using various woodworking machines
- Performing preventive maintenance on machines and tools
- Accurately using technical tools and equipment in the Wood department
- Interpreting and working from technical drawings
- Ensuring dimensional accuracy and performing in-process and final inspections
- Identifying and correcting any discrepancies or defects in the production process
- Assisting with and operating woodworking machines such as panel saws, planers, and crosscut saws
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Skilled, accurate, and reliable
- Safety-conscious and able to follow all safety procedures and use PPE correctly

- Comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings
- In possession of general technical knowledge and hands-on experience
- Able to work at a VMBO level
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English
- In possession of a forklift and/or reach truck certificate (preferred)
- Has 1+ years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in wood machining

- A gross hourly wage of €14.54, excluding 18% shift allowance
- 8.33% holiday pay
