With over three years of relevant experience in warehouse management, particularly in electronics manufacturing, the candidate is well-versed in WMS systems and Lean Warehouse operations. Your background is continuous improvement and project management adds a significant advantage. Demonstrating good communication skills and logical thinking, they approach tasks with a strategic mindset. The candidate is reliable, takes responsibility with a positive attitude, and consistently acts on their own initiative. Their customer-oriented approach ensures high standards of service. Overall, their expertise and proactive nature make them a standout professional in warehouse management.

• Bachelor degree in Economics/Logistics or Supply Chain;
• Good communication skills, written/verbal in English and Chinese.

• Monitoring, coordinating the Suppliers’ warehouse operation, being responsible forthe warehouse operation performance;
• Monitoring the warehouse team to follow the Work Instructions and SOP in materialsreceiving, supplies of production lines, data maintenance and finishing goodsshipping; executing the operation audit as agreed frequency;
• Monitoring the transactions between Supplier and Huawei; keeping the systeminventory data consistent with physical material;
• Monitoring the Suppliers’ daily cycle count, organizing the quarterly and yearlystocktaking, analyzing the discrepancy, root cause and creating action measures;
• Managing and controlling the warehousing related cost, continuously improvementupon the warehouse layout and processes, operation efficiency;
• Routinely reviewing and updating the SOP to meet company requirement. Participating in the bidding warehousing related activities and quarterly performancereview process;
• Coordinating Suppliers’ team to respond to urgent requests such as materialreceiving, FG shipping, etc.
• Coordinating Suppliers’ participation in the improvement projects, triggered by headquarter or European Supply Center and arrange raw materials transport between factories, coordinating with the timeslot and trucks.
