Currently we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager for Hollandse Kust Zuid in IJmuiden. How to contribute to our vision. The Warehouse Manager has the overall operational responsibility for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) in the warehouse and the directive decision making authority for all daily warehouse operations, operationally reporting to the site manager.

• Leads a warehouse team, implements warehouse standards and process improvements, ensures material availability to support service operations.

• Contributes to a safe work environment and ensures work safety in the warehouse.

• Organizes and controls the warehouse activities with the objective of achieving cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through the best possible.

• Measures KPIs and derives actions (actively manages warehouse operations).

What you need to make a difference, Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:

• Very good skills in SAP eWM / MM.
• Mandatory to be fluent in English language, preferably also fluent in Dutch.
• Excellent organizational skills, high attention to details, team management and highly proactive.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines.
• 3 year working experience in a warehouse role preferably as manager or supervisor.

Living in the area is a must. The workdays will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.

Primary employment conditions

• A gross monthly salary of up to €4313
• A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
• 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries

• Pension Plus scheme (build-up from day 1)

• Net €750,- to set up your home workplace
• 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours
