March 2025: De Plesman will open its doors in Scheveningen, The Hague. This brand-new hotel and restaurant concept is located in an iconic building where dunes, forest, city, and beach come together. With 100 hotel rooms, a Lobby/bar, Restaurant Suus, and a deli, this destination is set to become a culinary and hospitality hotspot.
What's different? They're bold and looking for someone to help evolve hospitality alongside them. The team is at the heart of the hotel, bringing unique perspectives that make it a truly special place. They want you to help ensure every guest leaves with a bright smile!
Independent Hospitality has been exclusively appointed to recruit the team of Restaurant Suus. We are currently looking for a Waiter or Waitress to join this exciting venture!
What will you be doing?
- Providing guests with exceptional breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner experiences;
- Taking orders, offering information about the menu and dishes, delivering excellent service, and handling bill settlements;
- Preparing for service, including mise en place, and assisting the Food & Beverage team with event and meeting setups and service.

Functie eisen
What do you bring to the table?* Experience in a similar role; experience in a 4/5-star hotel is a plus;
* Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;
* Fluent English skills;
* Ideally, you live in or near The Hague.
