We are seeking a Visual Merchandising & Campaigns Coordinator to join a global fashion brand based in Amsterdam!

You will collaborate closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless rollout of seasonal and non-seasonal consumer messaging, driving brand consistency and engagement.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of seasonal and non-seasonal campaign imagery and video to retail and wholesale stores, aligning with brand and DTC calendars;
  • Drive efficient workflows by coordinating with suppliers, editors, translators, and video screen controllers to meet campaign launch deadlines;
  • Set seasonal image priorities, assign them to in-store assets, and oversee image allocation, cropping, and production approvals;
  • Create clear campaign and consumer messaging guidelines while ensuring cohesive adaptation across EMEA markets;
  • Maintain consumer messaging assets on the digital signage web shop and oversee local production processes as needed.

Your salary will depend on your current knowledge and experience.

Functie eisen

The Ideal candidate:

* Experience in a related role, including supplier briefing and production;
* Strong vendor management skills, ideally in print production;
* Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite;
* Excellent collaboration, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities;
* Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
