As an operator, you work 38 hours per week in a rotating shift schedule, with early shifts (05:30-14:00) and afternoon/evening shifts (14:30-23:00). The early shift is scheduled on weekdays and up to two Saturdays per month during daytime hours. The afternoon/evening shift takes place only on weekdays.

- Overseeing the packaging line and ensuring efficient operations;
- Providing operational guidance to a team of 4 to 6 production employees;
- Acting as the right hand of the production team leader, assisting in day-to-day tasks and decision-making;
- Reporting to the team leader on developments regarding workforce deployment, output, and quality.
- Resolving minor technical issues;
- Adjusting and setting up production lines.
- Gross monthly salary between €2,166 and €2,826 (excluding additional benefits);
- Saturday allowance ranging from 15% to 50%, depending on working hours;
- Evening allowance of 30% for hours worked after ;
- Holiday allowance and a year-end bonus;
- Travel allowance;
- Opportunities for growth and development.
- Relevant working experience in a production environment is a must;
- Experience in the food industry is a big plus;
- Strong in communication;
- Always willing to learn;
- Able to communicate in English;
