Over de functieWe are looking for an upcoming operator for our "Scent" department, where fragrance compounds are created. This department is characterized by constant variety in production, meaning no two days are the same! Join an enthusiastic team of 24 colleagues and work in a 5-shift system with flexible working hours.

Your tasks will include:

• Collecting fragrance ingredients for clients in the food industry.
• Operating and monitoring machines and scanners.
• Mixing and weighing raw materials.
• Maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Wat we bieden

• Gross hourly wage: € on a full-time basis, excluding shift allowances.
• Shift allowance: 30% on top of your hourly wage for all shifts.
• A long-term position with the potential to transition to a permanent contract at IFF.
• 13th-month salary, 25 vacation days, travel reimbursement of € per kilometer, and pension accrual from your first working week.

Functie-eisen

• Experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system.
• Accuracy is essential, especially when weighing and dispensing powders and liquids.
• Comfortable working with chemical substances, including strong odors.
