We are seeking a Business Analyst to support Payroll Planning & Control for a global fashion leader. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and financial insights. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career while contributing to a global company's success. This is a temporary assignment that will last for 6 months.
In this position, you will be asked to:
- Analyze payroll data, including KPIs such as cost per head, turnover, and FTE growth, providing valuable insights and recommendations;
- Manage temporary spend for headquarters, ensuring accurate accruals, invoice allocations, and detailed reporting;
- Support the budgeting and reforecasting processes, focusing on payroll planning and headcount optimization across the region;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Leaders, HR Partners, and Business Controllers, offering financial expertise to aid decision-making;
- Contribute to process improvements through automation initiatives, dashboards, and advanced reporting tools;
- Prepare and present financial reports, deep dives, and ad-hoc analyzes to senior management and stakeholders;
- Work closely with various departments to monitor and assess payroll-related risks and opportunities.
Your salary will depend on your current knowledge and experience. Furthermore, it is a full-time position for 5 months.

Functie eisen
* University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;* Experience in business analysis, cost modeling, and financial reporting;
* Previous experience as a Payroll Analyst or Controller is preferred;
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data and provide actionable recommendations;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP, with the ability to leverage these tools for detailed analysis and reporting;
* Fluent in English required.
