Are you a technology expert with a passion for driving impactful change in a global organization? Join HEINEKEN International as a Technology Specialist - HR and help shape the future of our HR, Legal, and Corporate Affairs (CA) teams through innovative technology solutions. Please note that this is a temporary position for 1 year.
Your Role
As part of the Digital & Technology (D&T) department, you will:
• Develop and Execute Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of an HR technology strategy and roadmap that ensures secure, reliable, and forward-thinking solutions.
• Select and Deliver Technology: Identify, evaluate, and implement tools to enhance HR and Corporate Affairs processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure Security and Compliance: Safeguard sensitive data by aligning technology initiatives with HEINEKEN’s security and data protection standards.
• Drive Innovation: Explore emerging technologies to support Corporate Affairs objectives and elevate HR functionality.
• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage Business as Usual (BAU) operations, including system maintenance, incident handling, and upgrades, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Financial and Contract Oversight: Administer budgeting, forecasting, and contract management for technology portfolios to optimize resource utilization.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years in a technology role with similar scope and responsibilities.
Skills and Expertise:
• Project Management: Proven success in selecting, implementing, and innovating technology platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences with clear, tailored messaging.
• Technical Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, DocuSign, or sustainability tools.
• Security and Reliability: A track record of managing secure, reliable solutions and minimizing technical debt.
• Analytical Ability: Expertise in interpreting business needs and translating them into actionable technology solutions.
