How do you make a difference? As a Technician in the Maintenance department, you will be involved in our most important process, the outbound process (outbound) containing two large internal logistics order inventory systems; The fully automated inventory and order picking system (OSR); The overspill area. As a Technician you have an important role. You ensure the proper functioning and technical availability of these internal logistics storage, transport and subsystems. You do this together with your colleagues by carrying out adequate maintenance. In the beginning you will be paired with an experienced colleague, so that a good induction process is guaranteed and you are not alone. Specifically, you ensure: Preparing and carrying out corrective and/or preventive maintenance for the assurance and technical availability of (main) installations; Telephone contact with hotlines of our largest installations (abroad) to bring matters to a successful conclusion; Corrective-plannable maintenance of work that does not immediately cause problems, but must be done in the short term (walking routes, inspections and recurring maintenance); Administrative maintenance and completion of tasks in our CMMS Ultimo; Proactively identifying and communicating (technical) problems and equipment that does not function optimally, or in other words trying to neutralize all threats to technical availability; Make improvement proposals for processes and technology with the aim of improving efficiency or technical availability; Guidance from third parties at our location and attention to quality and duration; Participate in project groups and stand-ups to provide input from a Maintenance perspective; Guidance of new employees. Your work takes place in a 2-shift system (06:30 - 16:30 and 16:00 - 02:00). It is currently being investigated whether a 5-shift system is feasible in the future. Only when our systems are in good condition and everything works optimally can we fulfill our promise to the customer every day!
