As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team during your shift and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You are the one who maintains an overview, solves problems, and ensures guests receive top-notch service. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Guiding and motivating the team on the work floor;
- Coordinating and delegating tasks to ensure the shift runs efficiently;
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and productive work environment;
- Contributing to operational goals, such as sales and quality;

For the Team Leader position at a well-known fast food chain, the salary range has been set between €2300 and €2700 gross per month based on a full-time contract, depending on your experience.
