Your responsibilities will be to:
- Oversee and guide the daily operations of your team, acting as the first point of contact for escalations and providing hands-on support;
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external departments, including account management, customer support, service engineering, and service partners, to ensure smooth operations;
- Manage performance reviews and goal-setting sessions for team members alongside your manager;
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members, helping them to enhance their skills and progress in their roles;
- Identify and lead improvement initiatives to streamline processes and elevate the efficiency of the technical support function;
- Contribute to the creation and execution of the department's strategic annual plans;
- Approve worked hours and maintain the scheduling for your department.
The salary for the position will be based on your experience and expertise, and will be between €4750 and €5200 gross per month. We will also discuss further benefits and details throughout the interview process.

Functie eisen
In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have:* 5+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing technical support capacity;
* Bachelor's degree (HBO) in business administration, management, or a technical field;
* Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on team development and support;
* Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach;
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and prioritization;
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking, combined with the ability to assess and address operational challenges;
* Fluent in Dutch and English required, additional languages would be considered a plus.
