- 1 to 2 years of leadership experience in a 3PL environment;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Experience managing a team;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proactive, hands-on attitude;
- Flexibility with working hours (available for shift work)!
As our Warehouse Team Lead, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for leading a team of dedicated warehouse employees and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Lead and supervise a team of 20 to 30 warehouse employees;
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and loading and unloading;
- Oversee the receipt and registration of incoming goods;
- Optimize processes and ensure efficient workflow;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- Train and develop team members;
- Monitor team performance and provide support as needed!
