Your Role
As Team Lead Accounts Payable, you will manage a team within the finance department, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth invoice and payment processing. Your role will involve implementing new tooling, improving workflows, and maintaining supplier balances.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Leading and coaching the Accounts Payable team.
• Setting priorities to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Managing supplier balances and ensuring compliance with payment procedures.
• Acting as the first escalation point for stakeholders.
• Monitoring team performance and driving process improvements.
• Supporting month-end and year-end financial closing.
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable in an international setting.
• Leadership experience in managing and coaching a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP (experience with Medius is a plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the Den Bosch area.
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship available).
