- Develop and execute cycle stock and safety stock plans for assigned products or locations using approved supply plan inputs.
- Create requirements plans and long-term supply plans to support the integrated business planning cycle.
- Analyze inventory shortages and create gap coverage plans to mitigate disruptions.
- Monitor key performance indicators ( , cost-to-serve metrics) and integrated business planning outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and meet customer service standards.
- Participate in setting and achieving inventory planning metrics and targets.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support additional tasks and projects as assigned to enhance supply chain efficiency and business outcomes
ProfielMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Working with SAP in previous work experience
- At least two years of work experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English and German.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supply and inventory planning, with a focus on optimizing processes and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
