As Warehouse Supervisor you are:
- Fulltime available from 08:00-17:00
- You can speak English
- You have great communication skills
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are the driving force behind the daily operations of your department or shift. With a team of 25 to 35 dedicated colleagues, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. You keep an overview, ensure that productivity remains high and that procedures are properly followed. Meeting deadlines? No problem, that's your strength! With your energy and leadership, you ensure a successful and smoothly running department!
- Coordinating and leading a department with enthusiasm and focus.
- You keep a close eye on KPIs, quality, time registrations and administrative processes on a daily basis.
- You inspire, coach and motivate your team to get the best out of themselves.
- You build strong relationships and communicate clearly, both in Dutch and English.
As a Supervisor, you will end up in the distribution center of DP World. This is a large international company. You will lead a team of 25 to 35 enthusiastic colleagues and together you will ensure that all logistical processes run smoothly. You keep productivity high, procedures tight, and ensure that deadlines are met. There is a pleasant and informal working atmosphere. That feels like coming home every day!
