We are seeking a Senior Manager, Concept & Design to join the Global Store Design and Visual Experience team. You will play a key role in developing and executing cutting-edge store concepts across retail, wholesale, and outlet environments. This is an exciting opportunity to lead design initiatives, collaborate with regional teams, and shape the customer experience at a global scale.
This is a temporary assignment that will last for 3 months.
In this position, you will be asked to:
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative interior and architectural concepts for retail, wholesale, and outlet environments, including digital showrooms and hospitality spaces;
- Align design elements with the brand's vision, ensuring consistency across all physical and digital environments;
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Concept Design and the Manager of Concept Architecture to ensure flawless concept translation and execution;
- Develop concept mood boards, overviews, and 3D visualizations for leadership review, detailing interior/exterior architecture;
- Work alongside the Senior Manager of Concept Strategy to ensure concepts are commercially viable, brand-aligned, and fit for purpose;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for store concept inquiries, guiding and supporting regional teams on execution;
- Contribute to the development of global and regional concept guidelines for new store designs.
Your salary will depend on your current knowledge and experience. Furthermore, it is a full-time position for 3 months.

Functie eisen
In this position, we ask that you have:* Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or equivalent), with 5-8 years in a design leadership role, ideally in retail or a design agency;
* Strong track record of delivering successful retail and concept design projects;
* Expertise in detailing, value engineering, and materials for interior/exterior design;
* Solid understanding of current retail design trends and competitor landscape;
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English;
* Experience managing and motivating a team;
* Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
