Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende stage waarin je écht impact kunt maken op commerciële processen? Bij Van den Bosch zoeken we een leergierige stagiair (Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbare studie) die onderzoekt hoe we klantafspraken structureel kunnen vastleggen én automatiseren binnen onze systemen.

Binnen Van den Bosch streven we naar een efficiënter en foutloos beheer van commerciële afspraken in ons COM-systeem. Een goed georganiseerde en geautomatiseerde aanpak zorgt ervoor dat prijsafspraken, operationele overeenkomsten en facturatiegegevens altijd correct en up-to-date zijn, wat de betrouwbaarheid van onze processen versterkt en financiële verrassingen voorkomt.

Als stagiair speel jij hierin een cruciale rol. Je begint met het analyseren van het huidige proces, waarbij je kijkt naar hoe gegevens nu worden vastgelegd en beheerd.  Vervolgens onderzoek je hoe slimme automatisering (wellicht door middel van AI) kunnen bijdragen aan een gestroomlijnde borging van alle commerciële afspraken, wijzigingen direct verwerkt en jaarlijkse indexatie automatisch toepast.

Je werkt nauw samen met Sales Support, Customer Service en Commercial Managers om inzicht te krijgen in de bestaande uitdagingen en om mogelijke oplossingen te testen. Je ontwikkelt een adviesrapport met concrete aanbevelingen, waarin je verschillende automatiseringsopties vergelijkt en de meest effectieve strategie voor Van den Bosch presenteert.

• Je volgt minimaal een hbo- opleiding in Commerciële Economie, Bedrijfskunde, of een vergelijkbare opleiding;
• Je zit in je 3de of laatste studiejaar;
• Je hebt affiniteit met commercieel-administratieve processen, data-analyse en je hebt interesse in procesoptimalisatie met behulp van AI;
• Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en proactief;
• Je bent vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Engels;

At Van den Bosch, we are looking for a curious and motivated intern (Business Administration or a similar field of study) to explore how we can structurally document and automate customer agreements within our systems.

Within Van den Bosch, we aim to improve the efficiency and accuracy of managing commercial agreements in our COM system. A well-organized and automated approach ensures that pricing agreements, operational terms, and billing data are always accurate and up to date. This strengthens the reliability of our processes and prevents financial surprises.

As an intern, you will play a key role in this initiative. You’ll start by analyzing the current process, looking at how data is currently recorded and managed. You will then investigate how smart automation (potentially including AI) can contribute to a streamlined process for safeguarding all commercial agreements — enabling real-time updates and the automatic application of annual indexations.

You will work closely with Sales Support, Customer Service, and Commercial Managers to understand current challenges and test potential solutions. You’ll develop a recommendation report with concrete suggestions, comparing various automation options and presenting the most effective strategy for Van den Bosch.

• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (HBO level or higher) in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field;
• You are in your third or final year of study;
• You have an interest in commercial-administrative processes, data analysis, and process optimization, preferably using AI;
• You are analytical, structured, and proactive;
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English;
