We are seeking a digitally savvy, fresh marketing mind to develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns for Germany. Interest and passion for home, pet and family industry is a must! This talented, motivated and creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern will join our Integrated Marketing team. As a member of this team, you will work closely on the planning and integration of all social media activities across key people and teams (incl. Media, Marcom, E-commerce D2C, and Amazon) to help execute social media campaigns (organic and paid) and build the BISSELL brand in the German market and its channels. You’ll contribute to a future where social is at the heart of everything we do at BISSELL: e.g., through true storytelling, best-in-class content, partnerships with influencers and creators, and social commerce. **Meet the team** We’re the Integrated Marketing department. Our team looks after the Brand, Campaign & Content Development, Social Media, E-Commerce DTC, CRM, and Digital Media. Together we make up a cross-disciplinary, international team working to deliver upon BISSELL’s brand purpose, to help people and pets share happy, healthy homes, in the European market. We move in an agile way, take utmost pride in our work, and know how to make projects more interesting and fun.
Werkzaamheden You’ll help create impactful organic social toolkits for key social channels and develop UGC (user generated content) by working with content creators and influencers. You will be the key person to gather information about activations and content for all social media and influencer activities, and help the internal team by sharing and scaling up the content from local to global. The internship is designed to start at asap, for a period of ideally 6 months with the possibility of an extension. You must be an enrolled student, so the internship is part of your studies or Bachelor/Master thesis project. **You will have the opportunity to:** * Help to develop and execute the local influencer marketing strategy and creative campaigns * Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and UGC creators * Develop content ideas and write and curate content * Research on market competitors, target audience and users * Brainstorm new and creative approaches to influencer campaigns * Keep abreast of emerging trends and creators * Liaising with the international marketing team to create and coordinate content campaigns that work across different channelsOmschrijving

* Availability of 32-40 hours weekly for ideally 6 months* Registered as a Bachelor or Master HBO/university student, proof of enrollment is required
* Background in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies or related disciplines
* Social media savvy, working knowledge of social platforms including Meta, TikTok etc. Knowledge of Hootsuite or other social media management platforms is a plus
* Good command on image and video editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, FinalCut, etc.)
* Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English and German (Native speaker is required)
* Well organized with great time management skills
* Passion for excellence and continuous improvement, precise, eye for detail
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
