Werkzaamheden 🚀 **What You’ll Do** **🔧 Operations Support** * Support the Amsterdam Operations & Resource Management team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring requests are effectively allocated to the right professionals. * Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Leadership to optimize processes and resource alignment. * Assist with planning, system management, and improving operational workflows. **📊 Resource Management & Analytics** * Monitor and manage EMEA resource requests while maintaining the RMP planning system (Edelman owned system). * Contribute to the enhancement and integration of RMP planning tools into a regional framework. * Help optimize the Skills mapping tool, tracking and analyzing internal skills across EMEA. * Analyze capacity and performance data using Power BI to identify trends and opportunities. **⚙️ Process Improvement** * Define and implement projects to improve quality, standardization, and consistency across teams. * Work with Edelman’s digital planning systems to ensure efficient time allocation within projects. * Address ad-hoc requests with creativity, agility, and problem-solving. **🎯 What You’ll Learn** At Edelman, you won’t just observe – you’ll be part of a dynamic team where learning meets impact.
