Werkzaamheden Your main responsibilities include: • Providing first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and in person. • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. • Assisting with user account management (password resets, permissions, etc.). • Setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devices. • Documenting support tickets and resolutions. • Helping with basic IT training for employeesOmschrijving

**What We’re Looking For Education & Experience:*** IT-related degree, certification, or relevant experience (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, etc.).
* Some experience in helpdesk support is a plus but not required. Skills & Competencies:
* Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows environment.
* Understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and side by side.
* Eager to learn and develop into a Junior System Administrator rol
