**What We're Looking For:*** **Technical Curiosity:** A basic understanding of engineering design principles and eagerness to learn more. Previous coursework or projects in engineering design is advantageous.

* **Willingness to Learn:** Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth, with a passion for engineering, design and product development.
* **Problem-Solving Skills:** Ability to think critically and creatively about design challenges and potential solutions.
* **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written English skills; Dutch language skills are a plus but not required.
**Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant engineering degree (Bachelor or Master level).
* Basic knowledge or coursework with Computer-Aided Engineering tools.
* CAD software (Inventor preferrable but not mandatory).
* FEA/CFD simulation (ANSYS is a plus).
