Werkzaamheden **For the Sales and Marketing intern** * Conduct outreach to current and potential customers across the EU * Present, promote, and sell our products while building strong customer relationships. * Assist with order processing, contract management, and sales performance analysis. * Inside calls to current customers/potential new customers * Present, promote and sell products/services * Make sales quotes, order confirmations, follow-up your orders * Coordinate with logistics partners and other services providers the distribution of our products within the EU * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule * Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports * Supporting the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote our products. * Assisting with content creation for social media, email marketing, and other communication channels. * Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for business growth. * Helping with the organization of promotional events or participation in international fairs. **For the Finance & Administration Intern** * **Develop and manage budgets,** financial forecasts, and cost analyses to support business decisions. * Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. * **Cost Control:** Monitor operational costs, such as transportation, warehousing, and fuel expenses, to identify savings opportunities. * **Accounts Payable & Receivable:** Manage invoices, payments, and collections from clients and suppliers. * **Compliance and Risk Management including Quality Control** * **Administrative Management**Omschrijving

* **Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master’s degree** in Business Administration, International Business, or Sales.* **Fluent or advanced in German** or another EU language (strongly preferred).
* **Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn** in a dynamic environment.
* **Proficient in office software** and familiar with **AI tools** (Artificial Intelligence).
* **Problem solver**: Your analytical skills and creativity are well developed in order to come up with realistic solutions.
* You are Highly motivated, and target driven with a proven track record in sales
* **Prioritizing, time management** and organizational skills
* You are able to travel to international fair - if necessary -
* **Available for a minimum of 9 months**.
