We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Development/Learning and Development Intern to join our talent development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about employee growth, learning, and all things talent!. You’ll gain hands-on experience in various facets of talent development while contributing to meaningful initiatives that drive employee engagement.
Werkzaamheden **Key Responsibilities** * Onboarding Support: Assist in enhancing and streamlining the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. * L&D Coordination: Help organize and coordinate ad-hoc L&D initiatives, such as workshops, training sessions, and webinars, by managing schedules, and logistics. * Content Management: Regularly update and maintain the SharePoint Performance and Development page to ensure information is current, accurate, and engaging. * Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in L&D and talent development, sharing insights and ideas for potential integration into our programs. * Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the talent development team as needed, including preparing materials and managing communications.Omschrijving

**Who You Are*** Currently Studying: Enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or a recent graduate).
* Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new tools.
* Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Collaborative: A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Passionate about Learning: Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within the field of talent development.
