In the afternoon you will carry out our preparations (mise en place) together with our other chefs.

Marinating meats that need to be baked, fried and roasted. Carrying out the preparations, monitoring/checking the quality, doneness, taste, colour, fluidity, etc. and carrying out adjustments/additions.

Good knowledge of Oriental ingredients and their use in Asian-Chinese cuisine.

Cleaning one's own working environment, kitchen equipment and machines and assisting any kitchen helper with the general cleaning of the kitchen.

A good team player who is flexible and has good communication skills.

Learning tasks that can partly take over the work of the sous-chef/all-round cook in the event of illness or vacation.

Afterwards, together with the rest of our team, cleaning work in the kitchen.

You report directly to the owner.

For 150 euros a month you have accommodation and food. Nice closing times 21h on weekdays and 22h on weekend
