Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution companyheadquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin tobring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high-quality coffees safely, on-time andconsistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We believe in traceability through thechain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders.

We are looking for a performance- driven customer centric individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Sales Executive

Tasks
  • Work towards developing working relationships with clients – specialty roasters in Europe
  • Assist towards sales of specialty green coffee to roasters / customers within the European market and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Contribute towards conducting analysis of market, identify client requirements & establish further areas of growth
  • Assist in active sales via emails and phone conversations
  • Manage and update CRM database
  • Travel and represent Attesa Coffee towards clients and in global coffee fairs / events
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in Specialty Coffee sales in Europe
  • Ability / preference to work in a dynamic / entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to learn and implement new business development techniques
  • Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions for customers
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English is required
  • 1 additional language out of French / Dutch / German is required
  • Must be based in the EU and authorized to work in the EU
  • Open to travel
