Join our IT Optimisation & Generation team and play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge architectural solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in energy production. We are looking for someone with previous expertise to help integrate our applications smoothly and without losing (too much) performance. One of your goals will be to thrive for as much operational excellence in our OptiGen tech stack. Additionally, you’ll contribute to connecting Luminus with national grid operators, ensuring a seamless flow of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and document scalable and secure IT solutions that align with the company’s technology roadmap and security policies.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define epics, features, and PI objectives, ensuring effective backlog prioritization and execution.
- Guide development teams by providing technical leadership, enforcing best practices, and ensuring architectural governance.
- Ensure smooth project delivery by supporting integration, testing, and post-deployment phases, proactively addressing potential challenges.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of both on-premise and SaaS applications, ensuring the technology stack remains future-proof and efficient.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on .NET, AWS, and UML for system design and prototyping.
- Background in managing complex IT systems or platforms, preferably within the energy sector. This is not a requirement, however.
- You're someone who manages to design & implement IT solutions that are robust and have little downtime.
- You'll work with different teams and business units, so your communication skills and stakeholder management needs to be on point.
- You need to be okay with working on your own sometimes but at the same time steering your project members in a proactive way. We're not looking for someone who waits for to do's to arrive in their mailbox.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
What you'll get in return?
- Your wage package will be situated between X,XXX & Y,YYY euros a month. Includes an (electric) company car, meal vouchers, 13th month, flex plan, phone plan, hospitilisation insurance, mobility budget, and more….
- We are focusing heavily on expanding our solution architecture team in the coming 12 months, there will be a lot of opportunities to take on extra responsibilities and develop quickly
