Your day as a demolition worker begins early, with a team briefing to discuss the day's tasks. After gathering your tools and safety equipment, you head to the project site. Depending on the assignment, you'll start by dismantling walls, floors, or other structures, ensuring all work is done safely and efficiently.
As the day progresses, you'll collaborate with your colleagues to sort and separate materials, such as wood, metal, and debris, for proper disposal or recycling. Breaks are taken together, giving you a chance to connect with your team.
By the afternoon, you'll focus on clearing the site and preparing it for the next steps in the construction process. At the end of the day, you review the progress made and tidy up the work area before heading home, knowing you've contributed to a fresh start for the site.
