As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for leading the team during your shift and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You are the one who keeps an overview, solves problems, and ensures guests receive excellent service. Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Guiding and motivating the team on the work floor;
- Coordinating and assigning tasks to ensure the shift runs smoothly;
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment;
- Contributing to operational goals, such as sales and quality;
- Assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, and administration.
For the Shift Leader position at a well-known fast food chain, the salary range is between €2300 and €2700 gross per month based on a full-time contract, depending on your experience. We are looking for a Shift Leader who:* Has at least an MBO level of work and thinking;
* Has experience in a leadership or similar role, preferably in hospitality or retail;
* Is strong in communication and able to motivate a team;
* Is stress-resistant and able to switch between different tasks efficiently;
* Is flexible and willing to work in varying shifts (including evenings and weekends).
