Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThis role is suited for a design professional with a strong foundation in design, honed through experience in consultancy or agency environments. The Service Designer will navigate complex, high-impact projects ranging from digital and business transformation initiatives to the creation and delivery of innovative products, services, and digital platforms. This is an opportunity to shape meaningful solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, blending creativity with strategic insight.Key Responsibilities· Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement holistic service experiences that align with business goals and user needs.· Lead discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, user research, and journey mapping, to uncover actionable insights.· Create and refine service blueprints, customer journeys, and ecosystem maps to communicate end-to-end service designs.· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including strategists, product designers, and developers, to ensure seamless project delivery.· Contribute to ideation sessions, workshops, and co-creation activities with clients and teams to define project vision and outcomes.· Translate complex challenges into actionable strategies that drive innovation and measurable results.· Advocate for user-centric design principles, balancing user needs with business objectives in all stages of the project lifecycle.· Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging methodologies to continuously refine and elevate the quality of service design deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Diverse educational backgrounds encouraged. · Proven experience as a Service Designer in a consultancy, agency, or strategic design environment.· Strong expertise in service design methodologies, including journey mapping, blueprinting, and systems thinking.· Solid understanding of digital transformation and experience with delivering digital products, services, or platforms.· Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation, ensuring ideas translate effectively into actionable solutions.· Strong facilitation and storytelling skills, with the ability to guide workshops and present findings to diverse stakeholders.· Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset, thriving in multidisciplinary teams.· Experience working with global teams and clients across various industries is a plus.

- Fluent in English. Dutch is desired.
