We are a growing team looking for a (Senior) Strategy Manager - People & Organization to focus on strategic projects in the People function.The role is located in our Amsterdam office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO …
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and advisor, providing comprehensive support to the chief people officer in setting and executing the people strategy. You’re accountable for the program and project management of the large strategic programs in target operating model design, acquisitions, joint ventures as well as people development and engagement programs.
The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the people function.
- Work in partnership with the Chief People Officer in developing and implementing the people strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage key strategic people projects related to the growth of the company in acquisitions, joint ventures, and development of the target operating model.
- Set and run the governance within the people function to drive the focus on execution and business impact.
- Prepare, edit, and review communications/presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged including people updates to the executive team and board. Establish well-designed communication channels and templates and a high standard in pace and quality is expected.
- Collaborate cross functionally to drive change, pushing forward projects / initiatives and ensuring the teams are meeting the targets and are on track for key initiatives.
- Interface with executive team and senior leaders across the company to drive prompt and data-driven decisions on key topics.
- 3-5 years of experience navigating challenging and fast-paced environments, preferably at a top-tier management consulting firm (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional projects or initiatives
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate them into actionable insights
- Passion for People projects, organizational design, change management, and growth strategy
- Strong bias towards action and results-oriented mindset, with a strategic plan to achieve objectives
- Proficiency in use of G-Suite or MS-Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
