For the Düsseldorf office, I'm looking for an ambitious and motivated manager with several years experience in recruitment (360 degrees). We support professionals looking for a new challenge and help them find the best opportunities on the job market. Our proactive, candidate-focused approach sets us apart from other recruitment agencies. You as a manager will build up your own team and take take the team and office to the next level. This includes growing sales, growing, and developing existing colleagues, hiring and training new recruitment consultants, and improving and strengthening our culture and standards. In this role, you'll enjoy a great deal of freedom in how you wish to achieve the company's objectives. You can count on the monitoring and support of the Sales Manager, based on an informal, goal-oriented collaboration. This role involves a lot of responsibility, initiative, passion, and ambition for growth.

What are we looking for in our new Sales Recruitment Manager?

* Fluent knowledge of German (C1/C2) and English is a must.
* Experience in recruitment (360) and placement;
* Leadership/coaching experience in sales recruitment (at least 1 year);
* Passion for growth and improvement;
* Living in the Düsseldorf area (or willing to relocate).
