As the Senior Recruiter you are responsible for:

  • Setting up talent pools;
  • Coordinating the use of various media channels;
  • Creating online content for the target audience;
  • Conducting job interviews;
  • Providing a positive candidate experience;
  • Advising (line) management and acting as a solid business partner;
  • Participating in complex and challenging projects;
  • Overseeing the onboarding process.

For this position, a salary between €4500 and €5500 gross per month is offered, based on a full-time employment, knowledge and experience. In addition, the client offers attractive secondary employment benefits, such as a good pension scheme, flexible working hours, and an annual bonus.

How we will proceed?
Within four working days we will let you know if you qualify for the position. We will schedule an introductory interview, either digitally or in-person. During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the following steps in the procedure. Functie eisen

The ideal candidate for this position must meet the following requirements:

* Several years of experience as a Recruiter (agency or corporate) within the Dutch labor market;
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree equivalent with relevant work experience;
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly build a solid network;
* Experience in establishing talent pools;
* You should be confident, have a strategic vision, and be proactive in your approach to work;
* Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken);
* Availability of at least 32 hours per week.
