supervising the processing of incoming shipments according to procedures.
Achieve and improve KPIs and targets in the field of processing speed.
identify problems in the process and initiate proposals for improvements.
act as a foreman/forewoman, coaching the employees on a daily basis.
Your working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

you live near Schiphol-Rijk, where we are located, with a maximum travel time of 1 hour.
you are available for 40 hours a week.
At least 3 years of experience in a logistics/production environment as an operator where strict protocols are essential is a plus.
you speak and write English easily and have no problems with it.
standing for long periods of time is no problem for you.
