About this role
As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain for merchandise and courier equipment across 15 European markets. By analyzing data and processes, you will identify opportunities to enhance cost-effectiveness and improve service levels. You will then translate these insights into initiatives or larger projects and take full ownership of their implementation.
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative Logistics team that operates across multiple countries.

Conduct data and process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and lead initiatives or projects to enhance logistics operations.
Implement process improvements in internal workflows and warehouse operations.
Contribute to the development and execution of the overall supply chain strategy.
What will you bring to the table?
Proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proven experience in project management, from conception to execution.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and teams.
