For a fast growing facility provider for the hospitality industry, we are looking for an experienced Financial Administrative Officer, who will play a key role in the daily financial operations of the organization. As part of a dynamic finance team of five, this person will have the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas and creativity, while benefiting from ample learning and development opportunities.

As a Senior Financial Officer, you will work closely with the Financial Controller and Financial Director. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day accounting for multiple entities and processing invoices and bank statements;
  • Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable management, and maintain contact with customers and suppliers;
  • Analyzing monthly and annual reports and identifying financial trends and deviations;
  • Support in preparing annual accounts and reporting to the accountant;
  • Coordinating tax returns, including VAT and foreign obligations;
  • Improving internal controls and ensuring compliance with procedures;
  • Advising management on the basis of financial analyses and results;
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and optimizing administrative processes.

For this role, a salary of €3500 - €3750 gross per month is offered, depending on level of knowledge and experience. We are happy to discuss secondary conditions in an interview. It is a fulltime position of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of hybrid working. Parking is unfortunately not possible here, you must be able to travel to Amsterdam Zuid by public transport.

Functie eisen

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

* HBO education level, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar;
* More than 5 years of relevant experience;
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
* Experience in hospitality or facility services is a bonus;
* Proficiency in working with various financial software and ERP systems;
* Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
