Role description:
As a member of the Early Careers team, the Senior Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner is a Subject Matter Expert role, focusing on the attraction, selection, and onboarding of Graduates and Interns into the business. In this role, you will be responsible for attraction routes and helping promote Arcadis in the market to students using multiple channels and approaches. You will be accountable for your own candidate pipelines, ensuring a high candidate experience and partnering with the business to deliver high stakeholder engagement.
Working closely with the Early Careers Recruitment Manager, you will feed into the annual Early Careers strategy for attraction and selection, utilising data to support decisions and future partnerships. You will also help to coach the business and wider team as we move to a global way of working and standardised selection processes.
This is a fast-paced role with multiple stakeholders, multiple priorities and a focus on candidate experience and keeping us as an employer of choice within the Early Careers market.
Role accountabilities:
You will be responsible for;
- Leading on sourcing for Early Careers opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for each opportunity, good stakeholder engagement and a smooth candidate experience. Including but not limited to screening candidates’ applications, updating the ATS and completing candidate Reasonable Adjustment screening calls and feedback calls.
- Supporting with the attraction of Early Careers opportunities through multiple channels including LinkedIn, On-Campus Events, Virtual Events, student society partnerships and other channels identified.
- Work closely with and become a trusted advisor to hiring managers as key stakeholders. Giving them regular updates on their pipelines and market data as needed to keep them informed throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Collate feedback from the business following screening and interviews and provide timely updates to candidates.
- Offer management and onboarding activities to mitigate reneges of offers, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Provide guidance and support to the wider team, acting as a coach as we transition into a global delivery model.
- Ad hoc projects and wider programme support as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- You will be an experienced early careers recruiter having worked in house or within an agency/RPO. Ideally with 3 cycles of experience within the European Market.
- You will be fluent in both English and Dutch as well as ideally speaking either German or French.
- You will be highly organised, able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines whilst ensuring a candidate centric experience and a smooth, informed experience for stakeholders at all levels.
- Be happy to positively challenge the norm and accepted ways of working. Evidencing a continuous improvement mindset to assist us in our journey.
- Driven and determined, yet empathetic to the needs of the various stakeholders you encounter throughout the recruitment process.
- A passion and commitment to diversity and inclusion throughout all aspects of early careers.

- You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
