Must have exposure to working on projects that involved streamlining corporate functions such as Finance & Accounting, HR Operations, Supply Chain and/or Procurement.
Requirements
• Experience implementing Operation Excellence methodologies (Lean Six Sigma/Agile)
• Experience of business analysis
• Solid experience in delivering advisory projects, managing a team of consultants to drive outcomes for customers to build a future state target operating model driven by the need for a superior customer experience
• Demonstrated client facing experience and partnering with customers to fully understand their context and objectives and drive successful outcomes
• Experience of delivering projects that include: process analysis and modelling; Project Management including Change
• Understanding of the latest trends and tools within Service industry particularly on the Intelligent Process Automation spectrum & its use in the service/operations space
• Continued interested in new emerging technologies to create complex processes
• Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously, multi-tasking and working to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with a natural confidence to work with a wide range of senior stakeholders
• Naturally inquisitive possessing strong analytical acumen to solve complex problems
• Excellent presenter
• Demonstrated hands-on, collaborative approach, and can-do attitude
• Experience with Agile Methodologies
