Note: Candidates are required to currently live in The Netherlands already and have to be registered as a freelancer at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK: Kamer van Koophandel).


You will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear process flows and documentation to ensure that all stakeholders adhere to established procedures. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for resolving any issues related to position management and work closely with HR and business units to maintain organizational alignment.


Key Responsibilities:


Position Management: Oversee and manage position data in SAP SuccessFactors to ensure alignment with organizational structure and business needs following the RFA process. Update and maintain FTE numbers in collaboration with HR and business leaders.

Process Alignment and Documentation: Develop, document, and maintain process flows and descriptions to ensure consistent adherence to position management procedures. Provide clear guidelines and support to stakeholders.

Data Accuracy and Reporting: Regularly monitor and audit position data for accuracy and consistency. Prepare reports and analytics on position management and FTE alignment to support decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and department managers to ensure alignment of position management processes with business goals. Provide guidance and support on the correct usage of SAP SuccessFactors.

Training and Support: Offer training and support to HR staff and managers on position management best practices and SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work on initiatives to optimize position management and data integrity.

Functie-eisen

Bachelor’s degree together with at least five years of work experience.

Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in position management and data maintenance. (This is a must have!).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and manage complex data.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in writing process documentation. Good command in both Dutch and English.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with HR processes and practices, especially in relation to FTE management and organizational alignment.
