Functieomschrijving
As a Business Project Implementation Manager in the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio and Remediation Team, you play a critical role in ensuring that meets Sanctions requirements and effectively manages Sanctions risks. You run business projects and business implementations to help build and improve the FEC Global Sanctions organization. You contribute to this by making sure that projects are understood and planned in detail, impact assessments are done and the operations organization is ready for the change.
The Sanctions landscape is a complex, dynamic and challenging field, it requires a creative mindset and proactive approach to fulfil our Sanctions purpose: Together we safeguard our customers, the bank and society by detecting and preventing sanctions violations. The FEC Sanctions Change Portfolio and Remediation is a relatively small team with big ambitions and a lot of drive to build a stable and innovative change portfolio team in FEC Global Sanctions. We focus on complex change programs in FEC, build the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio and drive our Culture Initiatives. We take ownership, we work together to get things done and we make impact.

• Roll out Global Screening solution
• Support in setting up a new department
• Optimization program of work flow tooling and alert generation processes
• Improve Customer Communication, reduce customer touch points and improve customer experience
Your top responsibilities
• As an Business Project Implementation Manager, you are responsible for the successful business implementation of Sanctions projects
• You have an end-to-end view and are in control of the change initiatives that you are responsible for
• You are risk aware and focused and comply with relevant laws and regulations
Functie-eisen
You and your talent
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project and / or Implementation Manager in a professional environment;
• You have experience in Banking and / or the FEC domain and the topics of FEC, Sanctions and geopolitics interest you;
• Our languages of communication are English and Dutch. You speak and especially write English on an advanced level. (Advanced level C1/C2)
• You like to know what you are projects are about so you read up on your topic and are pro-active in understanding the context and stakeholder field of your projects. You are risk minded and understand the importance of risk mindedness in FEC projects
• You have knowledge of and experience in working with Lean, certification is a pre.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
The salary depends on your profile and amounts to a maximum of €97.997,20 per year. This is the gross amount calculated based on a 40-hour workweek. The maximum annual salary consists of the following gross components:
- 12 x €7000,- (maximum monthly salary)
- 1 x 13th month (maximum €7000,-, paid periodically on a pro-rata basis)
- €6.997,20 (8.33% holiday allowance calculated over 12 monthly salaries)
Contract Type
- Minimum one-year contract, with a preference for transitioning to a permanent contract
- You will always receive 100% of your salary during your employment agreement
Secondary Employment Conditions
- Pension Plus scheme
- Annual net training budget of €3,500
- Net €750 to set up your home office
- Possibility of bonuses
- 25 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour workweek
- Travel allowance
- Home working allowance
