Create customized training based on specific needs and manage projects from start to finish. Promote an inclusive learning environment that values diversity. Develop instructional materials and integrate modern learning technologies. Use digital tools to enhance both online and in-person training experiences. Stay updated on best practices in adult learning and recommend improvements. Ensure training materials meet branding guidelines and company standards. Act as the go-to expert for the Learning Management System (LMS) and support its use across the region. At least 7+ years of experience in sales, training, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience leading training sessions in-person or online. Fluent in English (spoken and written); French or German is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of learning and development best practices, including adult learning methods, training design, and performance measurement. Expertise in instructional design, including course planning, curriculum development, and the use of technology for training. Proven experience in designing and rolling out large-scale training programs, including assessing needs and managing resources effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage teams at all levels. Strong time management skills, able to handle multiple projects at once. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
