In essence, your role involves
- Client Engagement: Work with diverse counterparties across various industries, each presenting unique challenges.
- Portfolio Management: Create, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio using strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust.
- Lead Generation: Find leads independently and utilize extensive cold calling to break barriers and stand out to clients.
- Team Support: Receive full support from colleagues, each with unique skills and clients, to collaborate on closing deals.
- Knowledge Sharing: Benefit from a collaborative environment where industry knowledge is shared across entities, ensuring up-to-date market insights.
- Client and Personal Benefit: Leverage the collective knowledge, experience, and network to benefit both personal growth and client success.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes
- Native German and fluent in English;
- Bachelor’s/ Master's graduate, preferably in Business, Economics or Finance;
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in Sales/ Trading / Brokerage / Business development;
- Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills;
- A natural sales or business development personality;
- Not afraid to cold call and approach people;
- Willing to travel for work;
- Energetic, curious and ambitious;
- Driven to close deals and prove yourself;
- Posses an affinity for teamwork.
