Based in Almere, Netherlands, we're a leading name in the CBD and cannabis industry in Europe, with a strong presence in wholesale import and export.

Our crew is dedicated to setting the standard in this exciting field, handling distribution and logistics right here in the Netherlands, while also managing formulation and manufacturing in the Czech Republic. Tasks
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the soecified markets to expand the company's customer base.
  • Increase AOV and SOW through a solid understanding of our products and services to maximise every opportunity.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Keep records of client interactions and opportunities using our CRM Hubspot and adhere to our sales process.
Requirements
  • An interest in CBD and/or regulated cannabis market.
  • Able to follow process and use sales tools as instructed.
  • Professional-level spoken and written German or Italian is essential (as well as professional level English).
  • 2+ years in an account management or direct sales role, servicing multiple accounts.
  • Ability to develop strategies and use performance KPIs.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with using CRM systems is helpful.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think creatively

  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships and develop connections to improve sales and increase revenues.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
Benefits
  • Base salary of €2,000 per month, complemented by an attractive commission structure (sliding scale) between 4% to 5%, with a proven On-Target Commission (OTE) potential between €50,000 and €100,000. Additionally, a 1% override on existing business is included.

This is a four-stage process:

  • We will hold short initial screening interviews via Google Meet with potentially suitable candidates ASAP.
  • Follow-up longform interview for those who are a good match for the role and these will be held as soon a possible.
  • There will be a final interview stage where suitable candidates will be asked to present their sales strategy to the interview panel.
