In essence, your role involves:

  • Work with a range of clients across various industries, each with their own set of exciting challenges.
  • Create, manage, and grow your own portfolio of clients using strong interpersonal and stellar communication skills.
  • Find your own leads through cold calling, driven by your love for challenges and career growth.
  • Break down barriers and go the extra mile daily to keep your clients engaged and satisfied
  • Embrace teamwork, fitting into a team approach that emphasizes working together to succeed.
  • Rely on your team for support and leverage their unique skills to close deals collaboratively.
  • Benefit clients through a collaborative work style where most deals involve two or more traders, offering combined expertise, skills, and networks.
Your Expertise: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes: 

  • Young and ambitious professional
  • Preferably some experience or at least an affinity with finance and sales
  • Cold-calling pro and charismatic portfolio manager
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic, ambitious and curious
  • Self-motivated and persistent, even in tough situations
  • Eager to learn and welcome constructive criticism
  • Not afraid to fail and try again
