For a client in Nootdorp we are looking for a Sales Employee
Over het bedrijfA logistic Masterpiece, that is what they stand for. Our client offers complex logistical and installation solutions for companies and individuals either national or international. Your difficulty is our challenge. We have completed several large to small-scale installations and transportation for Hotels, Interior Designers, Retailers, Restaurants, IT-hardware suppliers, High-society customers, offices relocating, and new installations. We ensure detailed custom services for every inquiry. With the wide range of networks we have, we can make your challenge a success!
Over de functieThe Sales employee is responsible for handling incoming requests and following up on quotations on a daily basis. He/she ensures that all customer desires and needs are identified and explains the process to customers where necessary. Additionally, the Sales employee prepares quotations for the requests and collaborates with the right partners to get the job done. After a quotation is accepted, the sales representative hands over the customer to the operations team
Goals & Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to incoming inquiries, either by phone or email
- Identifying and understanding customer desires and needs
- Serving as the point of contact for customers with questions and maintaining communication until everything is clear
- Preparing a suitable quotation and presents them to the customer
- Collaborating closely with national and international execution partners to jointly arrive at a suitable solution for the customer;
- Monitoring and following up on quotations when needed
- Actively contributing to internal improvement (Great place to work) and social. corporate image;
- Actively working on personal development and seeking help/ dialogue.
- Highly proficient in Dutch and English
- Strong administration skills
- Logistics knowledge (pre)
- MBO-degree (minimum)
- Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication to convey information clearly and persuasively to customers and colleagues.
- Social interaction: approaches people easily (by phone/ email);
- Listening and inquiry: listens effectively, asks the right questions and draws the right conclusions to understand the wishes and needs of customers;
- Customer oriented: Ensures customer satisfaction, by making sure all wishes and needs are clear and will be met;
- Problem solving: Finds creative solutions to challenges and adapting strategies to meet customer requirements;
- Assertiveness: Projects self-assuredness and expresses thoughts and ideas clearly to persuade and guide customers;
- Collaboration: Effectively collaborates with colleagues and partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Planning and monitoring: Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively allocates time and resources to various tasks;
- Collegial: contributes to a friendly and open work environment by actively collecting and implementing feedback and is eager to help others;
- Coping with stress: Maintains composure and focus under pressure, even during high-stress situations;
