#What we do
We are sales professionals with personality, driven by the mission to establish Drooms as Europe’s leading data room provider for commercial real estate investments. As relationship builders, we are not only the first point of contact for our clients but also play a key role in shaping our products through valuable market insights and strong connections.
Tasks- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through remote prospecting using tools such as Zoho CRM, Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with the goal of developing business opportunities and closing deals
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring a strong pipeline and consistent revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Take ownership of customer interactions, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in Dutch and English
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including account details, legal agreements, and customer communication
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Real Estate Services, and Marketing, to align sales activities and optimize customer engagement
- Initial experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally in SaaS, PropTech, or related industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Business fluent in Dutch and fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
