Roofer (Freelancer)

• Installing roofing: Installing various types of roofing, especially bitumen.
• Roof insulation: Insulating roofs with different materials to increase energy efficiency.
• Installing green roofs: Setting up green roofs that contribute to a sustainable environment.
• Roof inspections: Performing inspections to assess the condition of the roof and identify potential problems.
• Rainwater drainage: Installing systems for rainwater drainage.
• Installing ventilation pipes: Installing ventilation pipes to ensure proper roof ventilation.
• Leak detection and repair: Identifying and repairing leaks to prevent further damage.
• Gutter repair: Installing and repairing gutters.
• Zinc work and roof fittings: Performing zinc work, and installing and maintaining gutters and roof fittings.
• Plastisol fascias: Providing fascias with Plastisol for extra protection and durability.

What we expect from you:

• You have several years of relevant work experience as a roofer.
• You live in the Zwolle area (within a 50 km radius).
• You speak Dutch, English or German.
• You have a category B driving license.
• You have a VCA certificate.
• You have a KOMO certificate (preferred).

We offer you:

• Salary between € 30,- and € 50,- per hour.
