As part of the dynamic commercial leadership team, you will actively contribute to and help develop innovative strategies that will take the hotel to new heights. Whether it's coordinating room bookings, spa experiences, or table reservations in one of the top restaurants or bars, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly.

As a Reservations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the daily operation of the reservations department;
- Optimizing revenue across different departments;
- Providing error-free communication to colleagues and guests to provide the best service;
- Improving the quality and efficiency of work within the reservations department;
- Inspiring and motivating the team.
The salary offered for this position lies between €3100 - €3900 gross per month based on a full-time contract. In addition, they also offer attractive secondary employment benefits such as discounts within the hotel chain and fun bonuses.

As a Reservations Manager, you possess the following criteria:* You have experience in a similar role;
* You are excellent in oral and written communication in English, Dutch is a plus;
* You are commercially driven and have strong stakeholdermanagement skills;
